Learn the art of chocolate sculpting and decorating from our award-winning pastry chef and master chocolatier Francois Behuet. Get a sneak-peek at how Chef Francois creates incredible themed amenities and chocolate showpieces for holidays and award show weekends. Attendees receive a custom apron to take home, along with their chocolate showpiece. Water and sparkling wine included.

Our immersive murder mystery experience starts by tempting fate - enjoy passed bites and a signature cocktail while a live tarot card reading looks into your future. Next, join us for a three-course, interactive Murder Mystery meal and performance featuring the Dainty Dames - where you'll help decide ‘who done it' through a series of live suspects, twists and turns. Prizes awarded to the funniest and best solution to the murder mystery.

Enjoy unlimited access to a variety of culinary stations, including a farmer's market salad stand, sushi and raw bar, California cheese and charcuterie, prime rib and roasted turkey carvings, savory lunch entrées, dim sum, breakfast favorites like omelets and waffles, and a bounty of sweets and baked goods. A kid-friendly spread features chicken tenders, mac and cheese, fries and more. All set within Sendero restaurant, featuring breathtaking downtown views from the hotel's 24th floor.
