Leña at Sendero
Our Argentine influenced steakhouse features a menu of exquisite cuts of beef, lavish seafood platters and traditional Latin dishes. At the heart of the menu is a selection of wagyu, bone-in ribeye, and prime porterhouse sourced from renowned farms. 
Corteza at Sendero
Explore coastal market cuisine, including fresh Mexican and Peruvian ceviche, rich seafood stews, arepas and empanadas at Corteza. Our lively bar serves up cocktails featuring ingredients inspired by and sourced from Mexico, Central and South America along with spirts from family-owned distilleries in Mexico and beyond.
The Agave Library
Tucked behind decorative wrought-iron doors, this specialty room offers a tasting experience that centers on premium agave-based spirits. Each tasting menu is complemented by an extensive selection of notable tequila, mezcal, and other agave-forward libations.

Each concept's menu is inspired by culinary discoveries that have stayed with me throughout my career, from regional specialties to rare delicacies.
